We repair all types of shoes made from various materials including leather, suede, and canvas. We also offer repair services for handbags, belts, horse tack and other leather goods.
The time it takes to repair shoes depends on the type of repair needed. Minor repairs can be done on the spot, while more complex repairs may take a few days to weeks. We do repairs on a queue system, so it is usually first come first serve. However, rush services are available for a extra charge and slot are limited to four customers at any given time.
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs. If you experience any issues with the repair within 30 days, bring your shoes back and we will fix the issue free of charge.
While we do not require you to book online, it does help keep our workflow and schedule flowing smoothly! We happily accept walk-ins as well, but when you schedule with us online we are better able to serve you since we will know what type of repair to expect and if any specialty materials will be needed. At Old Soles, we are trying to keep the art of the cobbler trade alive while integrating modern business methods! We appreciate your support and cooperation!
